If you are accessing the Internet through an Internet service provide (ISP), they can assist you in installing your modem and software.

If you are using an online service you should receive their instructions for software installation. You will probably be on your own for the modem installation. Check your modem manual for assistance.

Be sure to connect your telephone line to your modem before you begin your software installation. Most installations go smoothly, but you may encounter a few "surprises" along the way. If so, contact your online service or your ISP.
